Candidates Meeting our Standards -
Our candidates' work history and suitability is thoroughly
researched and we endeavor to submit details only on the candidates
that have the necessary experience, capabilities and character
for the position offered by our clients.

All candidates undergo
a criminal background check and drug test. |
Finding The Right Candidate - We have an extensive database that allows us to select only
those candidates most appropriate for the position. Resumes
will not be put forward unless our consultants are confident
that they meet our clients' requirements.

We schedule candidate
interviews at your convenience and tailor your search based
on your ongoing feedback. |
Fee Schedule - Our fee is based on the projected annual salary of the candidate
and there are no additional charges.

Full-time Placements:
15% of gross annual compensation (12-month replacement guarantee)
Or
10% of gross annual compensation (6-month replacement guarantee)
Part-time Placements:
10% of gross annual compensation (minimum fee of $1500)
The fee includes the background check and drug testing |
Service Guarantee -
We offer a twelve (12) months or six (6) months replacement
guarantee. In the event that you and your employee separate
during the replacement period, we will conduct an additional
search on your behalf for no additional charge. The fee includes
background check and drug testing.

Confirmation And Payment -
Once a placement has been confirmed an invoice will be issued
and must be settled within seven days of date of issue and
prior to beginning of candidate's employment. This must be
strictly adhered to for our replacement guarantee to apply.
Post Placement Policy -
The Apex Agency's responsibility to our clients does not end
once a placement has been made. It is our policy to follow
up on our candidate's progress and we are always available
to discuss any issues, should the need arise.

The Apex Agency is committed to providing these professional services in a prompt and efficient manner for all your nanny agency and household staffing needs. Additionally, we specialize in the placement of qualified Caregivers or Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for Elder Care, Assisted Living, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer Care.
